Berlin’s VAUST turns that “parking garage” finish into a sculptural side table with a solid aluminium disk top. The loose disk hides a small storage cavity, and the base mixes concrete with Botticino / Rosso Verona marble gravel. It’s 53 cm tall, Ø 40 cm, and—yes—52.6 kg.

Stage your brutalist moment

Minimal frame, modular headboards, made in Germany. Noah Living’s Heia uses a powder-coated, extruded aluminium frame that’s light, durable, and 100% recyclable. The system is modular: parts are interchangeable/repairable, with four headboards (Solid, Soft, Stripes, Block) and add-ons.

Build a calmer bedroom

This is a project you gotta start a bit earlier before you can actually use it. That’s why I’m sharing it now just before winter😅
It’s an armchair you need to grow first. Studio Nucleo’s Terra! ships as a cardboard frame + seeds; you add soil and let the chair become part of your landscape. Garden sculpture meets furniture (and patience).

Anna Bitzer’s pocket-ish planner (15×20 cm) keeps things tactile: 140 pages on Munken Polar 120 g/m², Riso-printed cover (white or black), and black thread binding with an open spine. Weekly spreads on a double page + monthly overviews with calendar weeks. Manufactured in Switzerland and Germany.

London’s Tala teamed up with Heatherwick Studio to make a bedside light that instead of a jump-scare alarm, eases in like sunrise; at night it winds you down like sunset. The sounds are gentle, and you can set routines in the app—or ignore the tech and just tap it. Ceramic base, glass shade, small footprint.
